Mounting - Groove in the wood
Mounting (fastening) of products on a vertical surface by means of screws screwed into this surface and the milled groove in a wood or sheet material is the most often applied option of fastening for products of the small and average size. This option allows you to provide a hinged method of fixing the product with a tight fit to the surface on which the product is attached. For these purposes, in the body of material from which the product is made, with the help of a T-shaped cutter, one or more grooves of a special shape are cut, allowing the product to be securely held on standardized screws with a press washer mounted in the surface. The shape of the grooves is such that it does not allow the product to jump off the mounting screws in the normal position.
Mounting - Incut metal loop
Another option for mounting (fixing) the product with screws or special anchors on a vertical surface is a incut metal mount. This is the most suitable mounting option for massive products, and products made of wood or other materials that must be attached to a wall or other surface with a tight fit. To do this, in the body of material from which the product is made, special shaped grooves are cut, into which one, two or more incut metal loops are mounted with screws.
Mounting - Outer loop
Mounting (fastening) with a special metal outer loop - this is the most suitable mounting option for small products, and products made of wood or other materials for which there is no requirement for a tight fit to the mounting surface. In this case, one or more special mounting loops are mounted on the rear plane with screws.
In addition, mounting on the outer loop is an acceptable option for mounting thin products in which it is not possible to cut a groove in the wood or mount a incut mount.
This option is able to withstand sufficient holding loads (product weight), but does not provide the ability to fix the product with a tight fit to the mounting surface.
